A Touch of Luxury: This project, a custom home built by Russell J. Stutes Construction, showcases our versatility. We performed two key tasks:

• Waterproofing: We applied a 60-mil TPO membrane to approximately 3,000 square feet of the cement patio deck. This ensures lasting protection against the elements, creating a durable and functional outdoor space.

• Roofing Expertise: We seamlessly integrated the pool house and back garage roofs with the existing standing seam roof. To achieve a cohesive appearance, we used black EPDM, perfectly matching the color of the standing seam material.
